The Work

The Reign is an 18x24 acrylic power-play capturing Foxy Brown in her prime. This portrait leans heavily into a "neon-noir" aesthetic, using a complex layering of teal, electric violet, and acid yellow to define the contours of an icon. The piece moves away from standard realism to focus on the magnetic, "untouchable" aura that defined the 90s era of hip-hop royalty.

The application is aggressive and textured. Dark, heavy strokes define her signature hair and silhouette, while the background vibrates with a mix of forest green and deep crimson washes. Her gaze is fixed and unapologetic, capturing the specific brand of Brooklyn grit that turned a "firm" representative into a global force.
